Clay Buddies!

Hey Creationvillagers! Today we will be making clay buddies! This fantastic buddies are fun and easy to make! Lets get started!

What you need:

  • Clay (any colour you want your buddy to have)
  • Googly Eyes
  • Stick on jewels (optional)
  • Pipe Cleaners
  • Feathers (optional)
  • Marker (optional)
  • Scissors

The optional items are for decorating! See more down below!

How to make:

  1. Take a lump of clay.  Flatten the clay and make it into a circle. This is the body of your clay buddy!
  2. Take two small lumps of clay and make them into legs. Stick both of them onto the bottom of the body!
  3. OPTIONAL STEP: Take the feathers and put them on top of your clay buddies body.
  4. Take the pipe cleaner and cut them into two pieces. Stick one pipe cleaner on 1 side of the body. Stick the other piece on the other side.
  5. Take your googly eyes and stick them to the body. These are the eyes! You can put 1 or 2 eyes on your clay buddy.
  6.  Using the marker, draw a mouth on your clay buddies face! You can even use the markers to decorate all around your clay buddy’s face!
  7. OPTIONAL STEP: Use the stick on jewels and stick them around the body!

Now it should look kind of like this:

Winter Is Here 3D Craft Contest!

Hey Creationvillagers! Its that time of year again where we see the pretty white stuff falling from the sky. SNOW!! Yep thats right, its winter! We are holding a contest that will show us your winter spirit! The rules are very simple. All you have to do is make a 3d project without drawing it! It should tell what you did on the holidays or what you like about the winter. The winner gets to have their art piece displayed on the blog, along with another craft that doesn’t have to be about winter (it still can if you like)! If you dont want to have it displayed, its alright. You can still enter the contest. This email is for everyone to send their projects in. Its on our new creationvillage email. It is! This contest is going to end at February.10th,2016! Use your imagination, we would love to see what you created!

Egg Scuba Divers!

Hey Creationvillagers! Today, we will be making egg scuba divers! These are fun little critters that YOU can make yourself. Well, lets jump right in!

What do you need?

  • Plastic Eggs
  • Bottle Caps
  • Straws
  • Felt
  • Glue (Hot glue is probably best)

How to make:

  1. Take the bottle cap and draw a face with some eyes & a mouth.
  2. Take the straw and cut it into a small piece. Make sure its not to small and at least under the extender spring.
  3. Glue on the straw to the bottle cap. It should be on the side of the bottle cap.
  4. Glue your little scuba gear (the bottle cap) onto the centre of the plastic egg.
  5. Using the felt, cut two little webbed feet. Its like duck feet!
  6. Glue the feet under the egg.

Paper Flowers!

Welcome back Creationvillagers!

Today we’re going to show you how to make paper flowers! These flowers are so easy to make! So lets get started!

Things you will need:

– Construction Paper

– Glue

– Popsicle sticks

– Scissors

– Marker (Optional)

How to make:

1.) Take any colour of construction paper. Draw really small hearts on it but not that small.

2.) Cut them all out with scissors.

3.) Arrange them like a flower and glue them on.

4.) Take the popsicle stick and glue it to the flower.

5.) Take a green construction paper and draw 2 leaves. Cut them out and glue to popsicle stick.

6.) Use a marker and draw a face on the flower. (This step is optional)

At the end it should look like this.

DIY Pom Poms!!

Welcome back Creationvillagers!

Today we are going to show you how to make quick and easy pom poms! Pom Poms are so easy to make and these take only a minute to make! We’re running out of time so lets get started!!!!

Things you will need:

– Cotton Balls

– Food Colouring or Paint

How to make:

1.) Take a cotton ball

2.) Use food colouring or paint and dip the cotton ball into it.

3.) Let the paint dry and here’s you’re new pom pom!

Cup Cuties!!!

Welcome back Creation Villagers! Sorry we posted something after 1 month! Anyways, we’ve come back with something new and adorable! It’s Cup Cuties! You can make cute animals which you can keep for just yourself! So lets stop wasting our time and lets get started!

Things you will need:

– Cup

– Paint

– Googly Eyes

– Pipe Cleaners

– Feathers (Depending on which animal your making)

– Construction Paper (Depending on which animal your making)

– Pom Pom (Optional)

How to make it:

1.) First get a big cup. Then paint it with the colour of your animal.

2.) After the paint dries, you can put the cup up or down. If you put the cup upside up, you can put stuff in it.

3.) Apply the googly eyes.

4.) This is the part where you put on the decorations. Its fun and easy! Just decorate the way the animal looks like and thats it!

5.) Show it off! You can do this by putting your stuff in it!

At the end, it can look like one of these animals!

Christmas Decorations


Hey there CreationVillagers, we are back to present you some easy Christmas decorations. So have fun making it, and just remember, ANYBODY CAN MAKE THIS! 🙂


What You Will Need:

Ice cream cone

Glitter, construction paper, pipecleaners, or anything else needed to decorate


What to do:

Put glue all over the ice cream cone and stick on what you’d like. If you’d like to make a plain and jolly glitter cone, simply sprinkle the glitter on the cone where the glue is all applied over a napkin or newspaper and let dry. As for the Santa cones, just wrap red construction paper around the cone and stick on what you need to. Easy and pretty! We got this cool picture from go check out that website!
